Q: What if I already have a security system?

A: ViewTronixUSA specializes in VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. Not only will our video system NOT interfere with your current monitored alarm system but it can also be integrated to the system. Now when your alarm company reports a break-in at 4 am you can check your cameras in your pajamas before getting dressed to find out what's going on.

Q: What are the monthly fees for membership?

A: There are none. While monthly payment options are available for the equipment itself, there is no recurring monthly fee or membership fees. You purchase the equipment, we set you up and maintain customer service with you. It is that simple.

Q: What is your standard package?

A: ViewTronixUSA does not offer cookie cutter systems for your home or office. We specialize in affordable custom designs that are based around your needs. This means there is no mimimum amount to buy. We offer anything from 1 camera solutions to 100. The choice is yours.

Q: What is included in my free estimate?

A: ViewTronixUSA will meet with you or your representative to design a custom system that provides solutions to your worries or problems with loss. A representative will set up a date and time to meet with you, determine what your priorities, camera locations, and offer affordable solutions based on your surveillance needs, camera placement, and budget.

Q: How long until I am up and running with my system.

A: Typically, from the time we start your quote to the time you are logging on to you system for the first time takes approximately one week.

Q: On average what is the cost of one of your systems.

A: ViewTronixUSA is unique in the fact that we offer many many different solutions based on your needs. As a result, we offer very simple systems starting from $200.

Q: Who can view my cameras?

A: As your own system administrator, you will have complete access over who can view your system online. Share your cameras if you wish, or restrict access to priority individuals. With varying levels of access you can have a many tiered system allowing access based on employee status. Reps from ViewTronixUSA can not and will not access your system without your specific permission. Period.
